Opening of Parliament.
Wellington, 4 p.m. Parliament was opened at 2 o'clock to-day. The Commissioners " were Colonel Whitmore, Sir F. D. Bell, and Judge Richmond. Mr. O'Rorke was nominated Speaker by the Premier, seconded by Major Atkinson. It was carried unanimously, and he was loudly applauded iu returning thanks. The House adjourned till Tuesday, at 2 o'clock.
