LONDON.
June 20. In the House of Commons last night, m compliance with a request from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Mr. Mill's motion respecting the Victorian constitutional difficulty was postponed. Sir Michael Hicks-Beach acting m co-operation with Mr. Mills, introduced a motion condemning any invention of the Imperial Legislature, unless requested by both Houses' of Lagislature m Victoria.
