This Day. The Governor has directed the publication of the Embassy despatches, to the effect that if the Council refuses to agree to reasonable proposals regulating financial relations between the chambers, and after the constituencies have approved of them, and rejects the measures, of the Assembly, Imperial interference will be considered justified. It is believed that Dan Kelly has been seen near Mansfield. Goulberg and Sons, manufacturing warehousemen, have failed. Liabilities 31,000, assets 34,000. . Beadstuffs market improving.
