Haria Wahia v. Wharekina. — Claim £1 for damage to window. After hearing evidence, the Court dismissed the case. Judgment was confessed m the .following cases. Best v. Harris :Cla?m £17 16s lid ; Borough Council v. Hogan : Claim 30s for rates ; King v. Black : claim £15 4a Id. The following cases were adjourned to Wednesday the 16th April : — Brassey v. Harris ; Mason and Stauthers, for taking the evidence of Dick. The adjourned case, on a judgment summons, of Crawford v. Houkomau, for £31 2s Id was heard, and as it appeared, from the evidence that the defendant had obtained the goods under fraudulent pretences, the Court ordered the payment of the full amount within one month, or m default 2 months' imprisonment. King & Co. v. M. Boland. — Claim £66 7s lOd, amount of dishonored promissory note. Judgment for the amount with costs, £4 is.
