NOTICE. TURANGANUI HIGHWAY DISTRICT. A SITTING of the ASSESSMENT COURT for the Turanganui Highway District will be held at the COURT HOUSE, at TOLOGA BAY, on THURSDAY, April ioth, at Noon, for the purpose of Revising the Valuation Roll for the present year. All Objections to the said Roll must be addressed to the Assessment Court, at Tologa Bay. A copy thereof being forwarded to the local body not less than Seven Days before the Sitting of the Court. All Objections thereto must be left at the R.M.'s Court Ormond, on or before the 25th of MARCH, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a Copy of every such Objection must be left at the Office of the Ormond District Highway Board not later than the above mentioned date, addressed to the Clerk of the Board.
