MUNICIPAL BYE-LAWS. *T*lT pursuance of provisions of Section -*- No. 340 and 82, "Municipal Corporation Act, 1876," the following proposed Bye-law has been made at c special meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council, held on the 6th of March, 1879, and is now published for general infor mation. ; BYE-tAW, No. 14. 1. That from and after the coming int< force of this law, it shall not be lawf v to use m the erection of buildings, o; the construction of outside walls, ex cepting front and framing whicl maybe of wood, any 'material othe than stone, brick, concrete, o corrugated iron, within the follow ing limits of the Borough of Gis borne, viz.. both sides of Gladstone-road from its junction with Read's Quay i Grey-street, and to a depth of not les than two-and-a-half chains on eithe side. 2.
