Any person or persons offending against either of the above Bye laws shall forfeit and paya penalty not exceeding the sum of £5 for every such offence, provided that every day during which such prohibited material shall bo ÜBed shall be deemed a fresh and separate breach of such Bye-laws. 4. A fee of £1 Is. shall be payable to the Borough Fund for any and every inspection, superititendance, or other service performed by the Borough Engineer under any Bye-law, such to be paid by the person at whose request I such inspection, superiutendanco, or service was made.
