THREE SUGGESTIONS.

To the Editor of the Evexing Herald Sir, — There are three matters which the ratepayers should take in consideration at once : — Ist. The division of the town into Wards. I suggest three. 2nd. The proposed bye-laws as published, in the Herald of last evening, surely the inhabitants are not going to permit such an arbitary law as proposed to be carried, without some protest being made. — 3rd. The building of two bridges ; one over the Turanganui, and another over the Waikanai. I offer these suggestions, trusting some one will take up the subject. I am, &c, Pro Bono Publico.
