Evening Herald Office, 2 p.m. At the sale held by Messrs. Bourke and Fryer, this day, in their sale room, the property of Mr. Arthur Cuff (in the estate of the late Capt. G. E. Read) realised the handsome sum of £1,270, which was quite £300 above what was confidently expected it would fetch. The sale was eminently satisfactory. Thesale of ploughs, harrows, and agricultural implements was in all respects satisfactory.
