SYDNEY.

This Day. In the Assembly last night, Sir Henry Parkes confirmed the statement of an increased reward being offered for the capture of the Kellys. He intimated that the Government would probably ask the Assembly and Council to suspend the Standing Orders to pass an Outlawry Bill in one sitting. The Governor laid the foundation stone to-day, at the International Exhibition Buildings. All the civil authorities, together with the military and naval forces were present.
