LONDON.
February 17. Six hundred locked-out agriculturists of Kent and Sussex are emigrating to New Zealand. The public are invited to assist the movement. The prevailing distress is aggravated by the severity of the weather. The Cape papers give news relative to the disasters of the British at Rorke's Drift. The troops consisted of five companies of the 24th Regiment, two guns of Artillery, and native troops. Details are wanting.
