The clipper three-masted schooner, Albert Victor, Captain Armstrong, arrived from the Bluff yesterday afternoon The captain reports leaving the Bluft last Sunday, with a fair wind, and was within a few miles of Po very Bay last Tuesday, when she met with bafflng winds until arrival. She is hardly a year old, and was built at Brixton, England.
