London, February 5. The Czar is seriously unwell with asthma. General Pratt is dead. 150 Ausrrains will exhibit at the Sydney Exhibition. The colonial office lias undertaken the conveyance of Biittish works of art to Sydney. The Austro-German treaty has been concluded, abrogating the Clause repealing treaty of Prague, which provides for retrocession of North Scheleswig.
