PUBLIC CAUTION.
To the Editor of the Evening Herald.
Sir, — I suppose you with others were not aware that we have some low sneaking vagabonds m our midst, who carry on a practice of what they call m the old country " snowdropping ;" which to the unlearned m the term means helping themselves to other people's clothing which are hung out to dry. This is to warn others never to leave their clothes on the line at night, or they may become like me, a victinr'bf misplaced confidence. — I am, &c., Sufferer.
