SUICIDE OF McILOAM.
Mclloam who was to be tried at the Supreme Court this morning, was found dead m bed on Saturday. It is supposed he committed suicide by posioning. The Governor, advised by Judge Williams, sees no reason to commute thc capital sentence passed on Walsh, who was convicted with the murder of his wife at Switzers. The matter is not yet settled.
