FRIGE 'TO BE ABOUT £75,000 The contract for building the Hotel Waterloo opposite the now railway station at Wellington was signed at the end oil last week The tender of Mitchell and King, contractors, has been accepted by New Zealand Browcries, Ltd. Tho contract price is understood to be about £75,000.
