'This amount included the entertainment of Royal and other’ guests from overseas, funeral furnishings, mourning allowances for servants, and hire of cars. Railway expenses were £7OOO, travelling and subsistence of naval officers and men £SOOO, military and territorial officers’ expenses £6OOO, expenses at Westminster Hall, 1 Stl George’s Chapel and on the funeral route £.'looo and sundries, including tho expenses of tho Earl Marshal's staff, stationery, and printing £3740,
