Mildred Cooper, single and aged 27, died rather suddenly on Tuesday. A post-mortem was held at the Napier Hospital, after which the relatives removed the body for interment at Wairoa. The doctor who made the examination was unable to state the cause of death and the relatives have been ordered to return the body to Napier for further examination. The woman was engaged in a tearooms. She received medical attention when the illness manifested itself, and her removal to hospital followed.
