SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGES. SUIT AGAINST WAVEHLEV MAN. £125(1 general damages and £2-12 special damages were awarded V. .T. The ease was one in which Hellyar iproccedted aguiirsl Herbert Morrison, farmer, Wuverley, for damages for physical injury sustained in a collision between a motoi oar driven by defendant and a motor cycle ridden -by plaintiff. The collision occurred near Waverley last Labour Day. Hellyar was severely burned and sustained serious injuries, which necessitated his removal to the Patea Hospital, and the injuries resulted in permanent Incapacity.
