DELICIOUS CREAM PUFFS.

Take one cupful of hot water and half a cupful of butter; boil together aud while boiling stir to a thiu paste; then mix in three unbeaten and stir again for five minutes. Drop the mixture in tablespooufuls on a buttered tin and bake for 25 minutes in a quick oven. To Make the Cream; One cupful of milk, half a cupful of sugar, one egg, three tablespoonfuls of flour, a little vanilla flavouring. Mix the flour with a little of the milk. Bring the rest of the .milk to boiling point, add sugar, egg, and flavouring, and turn this into the flour, stirring until the mixture thickens. Allow the puffs and the cream to cool; then split the puffs with a sharp knife aud fill them with the cream.
