RAPID SPREAD IN LONDON. DEATH BATE NOT HEAVY. The influenza epiemic is spreading an many London' suburbs, and doctors arc iinding difficulty in coping with all the cases. Fortunately the attacks in Great Britain are much milder than on the Continent, and have not Caused anything like such a heavy death rate, but some features are similar to the I9IS outbreak in Australia and New Zealand. Doctors are finding all members of some households abed, and are receiving instructions to obtain the key at another house and let themselves in. The present outbreak is attacking persons of all ages. LAVAGES AT CONSTANTINOPLE. Two hundred thousand people are sufTering from influenza in Constantinople and suburbs. The death rate touched ten per cent. The closing of schools and cinemas is contemplated.
