EXPORTS SHOW NO IMPROVEMENT.

A message from London states that the Board of Trade returns for January show that.the value of imports was 118 millions, compared with 129 millions a year ago. _ Exports totalled sixty millions, compared with sixty-nine millions, and re-exports twelve millions, compared with thirteen millions.
