A very pretty but qniefc wedding was solemnised at St Stephen's Church, Waverley this morning between Mr Ernest i?. Christenflen. second son of Mr and Mrs Charles Clmsteosen of Waverley and Miss Hannah McNoill adopted daughter of Mr and Mrs James Smuh of Matai moana and late of the Comraercial Hotel I Waverley. The Rev R. Franklin, Vicar of Waverley officiated. The bride who was given away by hnr foster-father was becomingly dressed in a smart blue tailored costume with a black Panne velvet bat trimmed with pale green ostrich plumes and lace, and carried a beautiful shower . bouquet. The bride was by Miss M. Smith, of Feilding as bridesmaid, who wore a navy blue costume and velvet hat trimmed with cerise bmvs. The bridegroom was a'tflnded by bis brother. Mr Fred \ Christensen as best man.
