Bennett reports a good attendance at his weekly auction sale on Saturday when the following prices were realised :—Fowls la fld to Is 8d each, ducks Is lOd each, new potatoes Id per lb, gooseberries 3d per lb, Ehubarb 6d per bundle, eggs Is Id per dozen, tea 8s per 61b tin, 0. 9. chaff 6s, oats 14s 6d, straw chaff 3s, bags in. Furniture -and sundries sold ;at good prices.
