The winner of the Waverley and W aitotara Cup, Flying Handicap, and Momohaki Stakes to carry a penalty of 7lbs in any other race at this meeting, not cumulative 2. A hack is a horse that has never won un advertised race (hack and hunter races excepted) and that is not at time of start, and has not been during the three calander months previous to start, nominated for any race (hack and hunter races excepted.) 3. All nominations must include description, age, pedigree, colours of rider, and name of owner; horses in all coses to carry the said colours, and also numbered saddlecloth provided by the club. <5. All the nominations, with the necessary amount in net cash, must be in the hands of the Secretary nt the advertised time; postmarks will not be recognized on any pretext what* ever. ‘ A.
