At the inquest on tho victims of the Cattertlmn wreck, Forster Laufear, in evidence, stated he was in charge at the time the vessel struck, the captain being in the chart room. Saw the Seal light, but declined to give the course they were steering. Did not see the green light, which would have indicated danger. He refused to say whether he altered the courae during his watch, or what position the Seal light bore at the time she struck^
