VjOTTCFi is hereby given that it is IN intended to introduce during the ensuing session of Parliament, a Bill vesting a certain portion of the foreshore on the East Barth of the Patea Ivivor, known as the “mud Hat,” in the Patea Harbour Board as an endowment for the Harbour; and by such Bill it is intended to authorise i ' the Board to s r, ll or lease any portion or portions of such land in manner prescribed by the Harbours Act, 1878 ; To arrange for the reclamation of any portions of the said 1 nd ; And to grant over the said lands such rights to the Railway Commissioners as may be necessary or desirable for the purpose of laying, maintaining and retaining control of any railway siding or sidings on and over such land.
