London, December 21. —The AgentsGeneral of the Australian Colonies have unitedly expressed themselves in favour of the English and French Governments assuming joint jurisdiction over the New Hebrides, A LOAN FOR MADAGASCAR. Paris, November 21 .—A Madagascar loan has been contracted with Comptoir de Compte de Paris on the security of the customs revenue of that island. CONCLUSION OP LORD COLIN CAMPBELL’S DIVORCE SUIT. PETITIONS DISMISSED. The divorce case, Lord Colin Campbell v. Lady Cilia C imp boll, in which the Duke of Mirlborough, Captain Shaw, General Butler, and Dr Bird were the corespondents, wascon chided to-day. Lady Campbell having also sued for divorce, the two cases were by order of the Court consolidated, and after a trial lasting for eighteen days a verdict has been returned that the charges were mutually settled, both the petitions being dismissed. Received Doc. 22nd, 1 p.m. In the Campbell divorce suit a rider was added to the verdict stating that the failure of General Butler, co-respondent, to appear at the trial was conduct unworthy of an officer and gentleman. OBITUARY. Tiie death is announced of Sir Thomas Douglas Forsyth, the well-known Indian Statesman, aged 49. SHIPPING. Arrived—Massilia, from Melbourne, Nov. 4th. THE BULGARIAN QUESTION.
