Lady Cilia C imp boll, in which the Duke of Mirlborough, Captain Shaw, General Butler, and Dr Bird were the corespondents, wascon chided to-day. Lady Campbell having also sued for divorce, the two cases were by order of the Court consolidated, and after a trial lasting for eighteen days a verdict has been returned that the charges were mutually settled, both the petitions being dismissed. Received Doc. 22nd, 1 p.m. In the Campbell divorce suit a rider was added to the verdict stating that the failure of General Butler, co-respondent, to appear at the trial was conduct unworthy of an officer and gentleman.
