( PER PRESS ASSOCIATION) WELLINGTON, This day. At the City Council this morning,, the Mayor, on behalf of, the. citizens of Wellington, presented .Mr .Bryce with_ an address of welcome and congratulating him on the success of his action against Mr Rusden. Mr Bryce, in reply, expressed his pleasure at the universal spirit Of rejoicing that had welcomed his success,! ho said that, whilst being connected with pub lie notice, he must admit that his principal motive in taking the proceedings was bn account of his own family. He was all the better,pleased that his action had rendered some service to the colony. ■ A luncheon will be given to Mr fßryco next Saturday on his return from Wanganui,
