No entry shall he received for any race except on these conditions : u That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint.” Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying cut of the programme shall be final. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to lire Hon. Sec., Wavcrlcy, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and, in case of Handicaps, the performances of the horse, name of the owner and colours of the rider. 3. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 2 sovs. 4. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must bo worn. 5. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules. 6. Horses walking over will only receive half the slakes. 7. No Qualification fee. 8. In all races the second horse only saves his stakes where it is specially mentioned, NEW RULES. 9.
