Crown Lands Office, Patea, 17th March, 1884 4 PPLICATIONS, accompanied by deposits and declarations, will be received at. the Land Offices, Patea ami Ha worn, during office hours, on the 16th April next and thereafter, until disposed of, for the undermentioned sections, which will bo subject to the provisions relating to suburban lands of Part 111 of “ The Land Act, 1877,” and section 9 of “The Land Act, 1877, Amendment Act, 1879.” No person can acquire more than one section, and if there should be more than one application for any allotment the right to occupy will be determined by lot.
