All races to be run under the W.J.O. rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. In all races the second horse only saves his stakes when-it is especially mentioned that he does so. - , No qualification fee. 1 No entries or nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the specified time for closing.
