REPROVING A COUNCILLOR.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, This day. At the City Council last night the Mayor strongly condemned Councillor Devore for issuing a circular to members of Parliament calculated to imperil the City Loan Bill, which has been approved by a poll of ratepayers.
