Everything bad been given up to the creditors, and there had been nothing: filed in opposition to the debtor’s application tor an order. Order of discharge granted. In re '""Al’ H. McMastor.—Order of discharge. Mr Hamerton in this case applied for an adjournment, as the debtor was in Napier, till the next sitting of the Court, which was granted.. In re James Rhodes.r—Mr Hamerton, for debtor, applied for an order of immediate discharge, and said' that the whole of the papers had been filed, and that everything was in order. His Honor (to the debtor) : In your statement of assets and liabilities you estimate your assets at £506 and liabilities at £174, how is it that the estate only paid 2s in the £. Debtor; The lawyer .who is proxy for the bank on the day of the sale of the lease of the premises read a letter in the auction room, which prevented any-: one bidding, and it was sold at a very small sum. : The trustee iu the estate had no objection to offer to debtor’s application, which was granted. Pyemont.—Application for order of discharge; The debtor stated that the creditors of his partner (who had filed) had called on him to file also, in order to realise the estate, and he had done so. Some irregularity in the gazetting of debtor’s notice of application apparently arose, but his Honor decided, taking the circumstances of the filing into consideration to grant the order .of discharge. v In re John Keys, deceased.—A pro-; bate of will in the estate was granted to Messrs J. Milroy and T. Eyton. The Court then adjourned.
