THE HOSPITAL. It was resolved to send a reply to the Borough Council stating that this Council considers the responsibility of taking steps to re-open the Hospital lies within the Borough,, and that if the Borough Council will call a public meeting, this Council will have pleasure |a attending to discuss the matter.
