PATEA—THIS DAY. (Before C. A. Wray, Esq., 8.M.) CIVIL CASES. Crombie, Deputy Tax Commissioner v. Williams. Claim £8 13s 6d, amount Property Tax. Mr Barton, who appeared for defendant stated that he was willingto pay, and the case was adjourned till Tuesday to enable him to do so, J. T. Patterson v. Proctor, Downes and Co.—Claim £3 11s Od. This case was further adjourned for a week.
