NOTICE is hereby given that Allotments of Land, on terms of Deferred Payments, in the above districts, will be open for selection by application at the Crown Lands Office in New Plymouth, the District Land Office at Carlyle, and the Post Office, Hawcra, on and after the 21st day. of August next ensuing. Plans and Schedules may bo obtained at all the Offices named. The Receiver of Land Revenue requests that intending purchasers will observe that all payments to him must be made in Cash, Post Office Order, or Bank Draft, payable to the “ Receiver of Land Revenue, New Plymouth.” Cheques cannot be received. For the future flags will be hoisted at the office to denote arrival and departure of steamer: Hod, with blue and white centre— Arrival. , Blue, with white centre, underneath red flag—Departure on thafday. Consignees will please arrange with shippers from Southern Ports to ship goods direct to Patea. Outward shippers are particularly requested to arrange at the office for shipment of same. Passengers are also requested to obtain their tickets at the office, or from the Manager, who will be in attendance on board A hour before leaving. Freight will be payable before goods are delivered.
