LOCAL STEAM NAVIGATION COMPANY.

AVilliams seconded the resolution, which was carried without dissent. On the proposition of Air Aleßac, seconded by ALII miter, it was resolved to issue and circulate 500 printed prospectuses and also to advertise the prospectus in the Fatm Mail. Thisconcludcd the preliminary business, and the next 'meeting of the Committee will be held in a few days, to be called by the Secretary. The whole of the proceedings were characterised by groat spirit, and there cannot, be the slightest doubt now that the scheme will be successfully floated.
