FULL STRENGTH WANTLD IN HOME WATERS. United Press Assn.—By .Electric Telegraph—Copyright. ROME, February 15 It is announced that the cruisers Eugenio Di Cavoia and Duca d’ Aosta have been ordered to return home directly trom Caracas because they have completed the main part of the goodwill mission to the South American Republics. It is believed, however, that the real reason for the recall is the hostile reception given tc the Italians in Rica and Panama, plus the fact that Italy wants to have full naval strength in home waters during the present international situation.
