HERALD CHRISTMAS EDITION

TO BE ISSUED SATURDAY COMPETITION FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN. The "Herald" Christmas Edition will be issued on Saturday to regular subscribers and will cons:st of 24 pages o,‘ interesting reading. Again a competition will be included in the issue and this year it will be divided into two sections — 1. For children under the age of sixteen years. 2. For all over the age of 16 years. The competition is to pick a number of spelling mistai-.es in the advertisements which wa have made specially for the occasion. Tne only conditions which govern tne competition are:— 1. The first prize will be *1 1s in each class. 2. Entry fee will be sixpence. 3. The first completely correct answer received will be the winner, or in the case of no correct solution, the first nearest correct answer received will be the winner. 4. The competition will close on January 7th and the winner will be declared in our issue of Monday, January sth. 5. Entries must be addressed to—- " Competition,” C o “Herald,” Box 32, Pahiatua. and have the necessary entry fee enclosed. 6.
