GERMAN EXPANSION REPORTED REVELATIONS. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 11. The Daily Herald says that the former Austrian Chancellor's, Dr. von Schuschnigg’s secret dossier containing details of the Berchtesgaden talks and confidential letters for Herr Hitler and brought to England by Herr Zeraatto, the only member oi Dr. von Schuschnigg’s Cabinet to escape arrest after the Nazi coup. He is at present in communication with signor Mussolini, as the documents throw light on Germany's activities in Italy. The documents show that Nazi organisers were ordered to refrain from propaganda in the Italian Tyrol “until after the annexation of Austria, when new instructions will be given,” and also reveal plans to bring pressure on Czechoslovakia and for industrial penetration in Hungary, Jugoslavia, Greece and Turkey.
