Speaking at Leipziz, Hitler said the colonies were taken from Germany because the German administration was allegedly to have disregarded the self determination rights of the negroes but under the Versailles Treaty the self determination rights of 10,000,000 Germans in Europe were disregarded. ‘lt is of course practically impossible- to find frontiers in Europe which correspond to racial frontier,” he said, “but there are masses of people for wh(om a frontier can clearly be defined. This was known at Versailles therefore it was forbidden to ask the people to vote.
