United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY. Match 28. V 15. Gray. Now Zealand, broke the Australian, and New Zealand record for a model aeroplane indoor flight his machine remaining aloft 11 minutes 23 15 seconds.
Mr Gray i.s one of three Auckland mode] builders who left New Zealand recently to compete in the Australian model flying championships. He is among New Zealand’s foremost model flyers and in 1936 won the Moffett International Trophy, the premier American award ir. model aviation.
