United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON October IS. The former Emperor of Abvssinia,. Haile Selassie, is suing Cables arid Wireless. Limited, for approximately £IO,OOO which he claims was owing "before the departure of the Emperor from Ethiopia, in connection with the
maintenance of the Lor don-Ethio-pian radio-telegraph service The company admitted that tin money was due-, but pleaded that the King of Italy had become Emperor and that the cause of llaile Selassie’s action was vested in the Italian Government.
