Speaking at till* annual me“ting of the Haniuii Dairy fonipanv on Saturday night the secietary,' Mr Morton Lawson. slid that the Govei ninont would be too late waking up to tile position of the uhoese industry following the introduction of the guaranteed price scheme and pointed out that if some oi the smaller factories lest any more suppliers tie * would have to close down. Mr Guy Bailey recalled the difficult times experienced in gett i.g their factory started, and said he doubted if e ver it was closed up that anyone would do as much to Mail it again.
