SPRINGBOKS’ TOUR.
The South African team will arrive at Auckland by the Wanganella on J uly 20, and will open the New Zealand tour with a ma + ch against Auckland on July 24. The match against Wellington, which will be played on August 7, will be be the fifth of the tour, and the Springboks will have a week’s rest in Wellington before meeting the All Blacks in the first Test on the 10l lowing Saturday. Saturday, August 7—Play Wellington, at Wellington. Saturday, August 14—Play New Zealand, at Welli gton. Wednesday, August IS—Play Marlborough and Nelson, at Blenheim . Saturday, July 21—Play Canterbury, at Christchurch. Wednesday, August 25—Plav West
Coast and Duller, at Grevmouth. Saturday. August 28—Play South Canterbury at Timaru. Saturday, September 4—Play New Zealand, at Christchurch. Wednesday, September B—Play Southland, at Invercargill. Saturday, September 11—Play Otago, at Dunedin. Wediicsdav, September 15—Plav H awke’s Boy, at Napier. Saturday, September 18—Play Poverty Bay, East Coast and Bay of Plenty, at Gisborne.
