SOUT il AFRICAN PROPAGANDA. (Received 11 a.m.) United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, June 15. Recruiting for the German army continues despite public protests. The Germans have been instructed not to use the Governmeut law courts in South Africa but to submit their disputes to special Nazi Arbitration Tribunals, if the contestants refuse to accept the decision the papers are scut to Germany for final judgment.
A Hood of films, pamphlets and other propaganda is being widely distributed.
