LONDON, February 12. .The Federation of British' Industries has forwarded a memorandum to the Go\ eminent appealing for a new deal when the Ottawa agreements are revised and claiming that other Empire countries have received greater benefits than Britain. The federation claims that many criticisms of the Government would disappear ii the Dominions’ guarantee were implemented, especially the undertaking to permit British manuiac turers reasonable competition, with protection against British products only for industries reasonable assured of success.
