MASTERTON SALE.
Dalgety and Ce>., Ltd. report having had a large yarding oi lambs at tin* Masterton sale on Tuesday, the 21st instant. Buyers generally seemed to be out to pay good prices for their requirements, and a satisfactory sale* re.sulte*d. The' lambs were mostly purchased by local buyers, although there were representatives present from outside' areas. A pen of medium ewe iambs from ‘Tikitapir’ Station, elicited keen competition and were knocked down af L9s 7<l. A pen of good b.l. lambs on account of Mr T. R. Ihirror realised 18s. We report the following sale's: Account T. R. Barrel*: 99 b f lambs. IBs ; 16 do., Lss. Ac count W. M. Laing: 57 b.f. lambs, 17s 9d. Account Tikitapu Station: 71 b.l lambs, 17s 2d; 61 w.w. lambs, 14s: 59 do.. 13 s ‘6et ; It do., 13 s 2d; 27 do., 10s Id; ll(> woolly ewe lambs, 19s 7d ; 70 do., 18s 2d ; 24 do., 15s 4d. Account N. G. Raynor: 87 w.f. lambs, 16s 7d ; 43 do., 13s 7d.
