Strain and place apricots in mould which has been rinsed in cold water. Dissolve 1 pkt. Edmonds Lemon Jelly Crystals in apricot syrup adding enough boiling water to make 1 pint. Leave until cool, beat with egg beater for ten minutes then pour over apricots and leave to set. Serve with Edmonds Custard.
